Cable Harness Quality is extremely important to KPC Ltd and its customers, which is why we have 100% test and inspection to our cutomers’ drawings and specifications.
Inspection
All of our products are fully tested to our customers’ drawings and specifications and all production and QC paperwork is saved electronically for future reference should it be needed, we have a 512 point ate tester that we can use to test continuity, components and hipot testing.
Calibration
All of our crimp tools are calibrated at regular intervals and this information is digitally stored.
Quality Management System
KPC Ltd use ISO9001 as our quality management system to ensure our products conform to the highest standard, we achieve this by conducting regular and documented internal audits.
